Job Description:
Our Product Managers work with teams across design and engineering to create products users love and trust. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.
This position will focus on building innovative messaging solutions that enable FutureAdvisor to help its customers make the right decisions for their financial future. You will use your deep expertise in product management for defining the features of new systems that will plan, measure, and deliver our messages to our customers at the right time, and through the right channel.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITES:
* Lead the ideation, requirements, goals, success metrics, and technical development of our client experience
* Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories, document systems and operations requirements, negotiate and implement customer rollout requirements
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create an outstanding client experience that empowers everyday people for financial success
* Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that requirements are understood, properly implemented and validated
* Solidify the company's competitive advantage as the wealth management space evolves
* Iterate new features and products through product/market fit
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related technical field
* At least 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B2C or B2C products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MBA or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of the financial services industry is extremely helpful
* Data-driven to the core - building funnel optimized products are both exciting and natural for you
* Stellar design instincts and a drive for simplicity
