What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team based out of our global HQ in the beautiful Rocks in Sydney. Ideally, you will be the tech agnostic but with a depth of Full Stack experience using Java and NodeJS and multiple Front-End JavaScript libraries. In essence, our team are made up of solution focussed technologists and engineers who look to create clean scalable code and want to be a part of some seriously challenging and complex projects - above all, you are also 'one of the team' pulling in the same direction.
- Expert level Java engineering experience and demonstrable experience with Node.JS
- Solid demonstrated experience with multiple JavaScript libraries or frameworks (Vue.JS is the flavor of choice)
- Technology agnostic/Polyglot engineer by approach with serious passion to learn new and emerging tech
- Collaborative team player by experience and leader by nature
- The passionate challenger. The person who won't just assimilate but will ask questions, seek improvements and look to take everyone on the journey.
- Strong understanding of best practices and processes but equally someone who is not bound by them.
