Technical Developer oversees and facilitates brand projects from initial kickoff to project completion and billing. Project development requirements, login recovery, organizing and assigning of actionable tasks in a project, as well as budget, timeline, and internal process enforcement are all aspects under the purview of the department. It is also responsible for ensuring the health of client relationships and offering solutions to improve the client’s online presence from our core competencies. Lastly, the department is tasked with the day-to-day maintenance of the company’s management systems and processes.
The Technical Developer will oversee all current projects in order to ensure that:
- Projects are on track to be completed according to the timeline
- Make sure the entire development team has a clear game-plan for their work and projects
- Team members across all departments are communicating in order to efficiently complete the project
- Ensuring that internal testing is comprehensive and effective
- Project documentation is adequate
- The Technical Developers responsible for overseeing the proposal and Quote process and ensuring that proposals are detailed and accurate.
- The Technical Developer should help organize and oversee sunsets in order to determine what problems occurred during a project and what we could have done to prevent them.
