Which is your mission?
Customer's Software Experience is a new department created in Spain responsible to drive, to accelerate and to deploy, as owners, the Customer's Software transformation as well to co-build a complete software experience strategy & roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer software journey along Electrical Distribution (in projects phases)
What do you get to do in this position? You will
As a Customer's Software Analyst, you will co-define improvements and the journey to new software design tools. The functional scope is:
· Starting with analyzing the behavior of different customers (Specifier, CnT, PnB, ...) putting a lot of attention in their interactions as "holistic system", both internal & external relationship.
· To continuously identify potential opportunities and new user experiences
· Continuous search for disruption thru customer experience deep understanding and technology trends (including other markets, benchmarks and best practices)
As deployment leader you must understand the details of the IT systems, data flows that are needed to achieve the customer connected experience in the region and be the business lead for the implementation of the needed changes in IT systems until go live. The functional scope is:
· What evolutions / integrations need to be deployed to cover PP needs in the target country and to be able to order our products offers and track them in our systems.
· Asset Lifecycle Management architecture adaptation in the target countries to feed the Digital logbook from commissioning and operating Customer SWs (Example of systems in scope: EP Commission, Facility Expert, EPD App, safe repository, SDH, BFO...)
