About your new role
- Design and build the self-services which we provide to developers so that they can manage servers, load balancers, monitoring and more by themselves
- On the basis of Kubernetes, you work together across teams on a solution for container orchestration in the data center.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems handling large volumes of data and develop solutions that have a significant impact at scale.
- Work and collaborate across teams such as Infrastructure, Databases, Build & Delivery Tooling as well as Feature Teams.
- Play a part in our journey to become a learning organization and creating a DevOps culture.
- You are part of our 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Working part-time is possible.
Skills & Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience in this role or equivalent working experience
- You are eager to learn and care about an agile working environment
- You are a team player with a customer service mentality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to find solutions to problems
- You write programs using a scripting language like: Python, Ruby, bash or Perl and strive for automation
- You bring hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef or Ansible.
- You have a good understanding of the Linux Operating System
- Experiences with Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration are beneficial.
