      Job Title: IT - Technology Lead | BPMI - IBM | IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

Job Description
    1. 9+ years of Experience with Service and API management applications (e.g. IIB9, WMB,IID etc.) is required
    2. Have a good knowledge on IIB/IBM Message Broker as the expectation would be to code. Conduct code reviews and finalize code artifacts
    3. Have clear understanding on concepts of SOA and working knowledge of SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, API's, Unix and SQL.
    4. Proven experience in the architecture beyond lead design duties with thorough understanding of application architectural componentization
    5. Be able to prepare detail design, coding, code walkthroughs, resolving technical and design issues and performing independent unit testing.
    6. Clear and complete understanding of the difference and delineation between architecture and high level design is required
    7. Demonstrated architecture experience with Service Interface Design utilizing Service or Data Bus technology with a focus on performance is required
    8. Strong UML experience is essential and Strong Development skills required
    9. Understanding of rules engine and business process management (BPM) applications ,Datapower and other tools is preferred
    10. Proven project experience and ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with application development teams, architects, Business and other project constituents
    11. Strong business and technology decision making skills are required
    12. Candidate must have prior experience in a technical leadership role
    13. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress are required
    14. Experience with Agile Methodology including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired
    15. Java Technology experience is preferred
    16. Healthcare or Insurance industry knowledge is preferred, but not required
