Data AnalystCypress is partnering with a rapidly-growing, highly innovative technology consulting firm that is expanding their data team in Charlotte. Our client’s services include software and cloud engineering, adaptive Agile, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, predictive analytics, and machine learning.What you’ll be getting paid for:- Data validation, data quality management, and data analysis
- Analyzing data through multiple sources for gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities – making recommendations to improve data quality and delivering unique insights on trends
- Implementing solutions for governance across data quality metrics and metadata
- Working with senior leaders to understand assess and define their reporting needs and translating their requirements into actionable output
- Implementing data analysis procedures to support the development of data visualization
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis with a focus on data quality management
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation
- ETL experience is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with SQL Server and Teradata
- Experience with IT assessment management is preferred
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and deliver insights on trends
- Scripting/programming experience with Python/R is preferred
