Desktop Technician
Boston, MA

Endpoint Management and Support
· Deploy, configure, manage end-user devices, such as windows OS (7 and 10), Surface Laptops, MacOS, Tablets, etc.
· Deploy, configure and manage Mobile Devices (Android, iPhone)
· Knowledge of imaging solutions is a plus

Directory Services
· Manage, Active Directory and G-Suite
· Familiar with Windows Server tools, and the Office365 platform

Collaboration Environment and Office Products
· Manage email systems for day to day requirements, such as Exchange, G-Suite, Office365 and especially Outlook
· Familiar with Anti-Spam concepts
· Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and their installation options, and support for the end-users

Endpoint Protection
· Setup, configure and troubleshoot Endpoint Protection Technologies (Sophos, Webroot, Norton, etc.)
· Understanding of Encryption Technology for hard-disks and peripherals
