What is the role?
We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our team that can work closely with our valued customers, quickly and effectively answering any questions about our product. Tech enablement of our customers through knowledge base articles that exist or need to be created will be a big part of the role.

Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or systems admin
- Experience supporting windows OS 7,10 etc.
- Experience supporting Software Applications
- Remote support and Remote Device management (Teamviewer etc)
- Ticket management tools (Zendesk etc.)

- You are a highly motivated self-starter, analytical, and work well in a cross-functional team environment and always curious
- You have a passion in exploring and understanding new frameworks and ways of working, always looking for the next big thing and trying your hand at different technologies.
- You have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
