Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in software test engineering, consumer electronics and internal tool development.
- Experience testing and launching consumer facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Python, JavaScript or C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with test infrastructure development, supporting product launch and ongoing development.
- Strong sense of product quality and end-user experience.
- Interest in consumer electronics, testing and mobile technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving, consulting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Work with the local Google Home team in Taipei as well as with the global Google Home Test and Engineering Productivity team.
- Build test infrastructure and tooling to enable Google Home product launches.
- Develop tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their quality and velocity.
