Our customers operate many locations across many timezones and managing all the human operations is complex and currently based in paper and spreadsheets. We have created the human operating system to allow the people in the field to connect with each other, the people at headquarters, and soon the machines in the stores (IoT). The end goal is to connect all the people and all the devices to change the way work gets done in the field.

You'll be based out of our rapidly growing office in Atlanta, starting off by contributing directly to our products as an individual contributor, before transitioning into a leadership role (Engineering Manager) responsible for growing the team in Atlanta.
- Extensive experience developing high quality products in modern technologies (we use Python, Django, Javascript, React as well as mobile technologies)
- Experience with distributed systems, complex user interfaces or other challenging engineering problems
- Experience in a player/coach role, both leading development teams and writing software
- Direct hands-on experience managing at least 2 software engineers
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong software design skills and knowledge of algorithms
- Expertise in and experience developing enterprise products
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools & principles
- Adoption of CI, DevOps principles and a focus on quality
