Job Description :
- The Global Capacity & Contact Management (GCCM) team in the Global Strategy and Support (GSS) organization provides operational support & delivery of results to the Global Servicing Network for volume/demand forecasting, business finance planning, capacity/staff planning, real time performance management & monitoring across 22 markets globally.
- GCCM provides world class support to enable our global customers to achieve core service level metrics and drive key performance outcomes within their organizations as part of the - Customer First- vision.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative support for Global Capacity and Contact Management Leadership in Gurgaon (1 VP and 4 Directors)
- This support role will need to have a proven track record as a self-starter in a fast paced organization.
- This candidate will also be required to support the GCCM Executive Office in Florida when needed with meeting, event planning especially as it related to the business unit reviews.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated effective calendar management, meeting coordination with internal/external business partners

- Manage team roster and org charts
- Scheduling and Support of in-office Team Meetings
- Manage team approval processes
- Prepare and reconcile Corporate Card expenses
- Managing budget costs and accruals as required
- Managing SR requests and office supplies database desktop resources
- Successful on boarding or off boarding Amex employees
- Supply ordering in Ariba Buyer and weekly attendance tracking for accurate timekeeping of payroll.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point as well as Amex systems such as Ariba Buyer and Concur required
- Proactive, self-motivated and a team player
- Manage multiple priorities within established timeframes and demonstrates flexibility
- Maintain proficiency in tools at Amex as they are updated or changed
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with all teams, including leadership, internally and externally, in the US - and internationally.
- Strong follow-up skills are required with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency when under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Understanding of BPM and/or Workflow tools
- Experience in automation solutions and working knowledge of control room practices
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of SDLC including documentation, testing and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and stakeholders
General Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects and meet schedules.
- Comfort and experience in working with both business and technology groups
- Good communication skills to clarify expectations and drive alignment
- Proven ability to successfully drive results within a matrixed organization
- Ability to organize work with little day-to-day direction
- Sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables
- Proven ability to independently overcome obstacles and resolve complex problems
- Experience in breaking down organizational barriers and to influence without direct authority
