A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

This position is within the Building Products IT team and creates long-term value by leading projects on salesforce® and WordPress platforms based on requirements from marketing and sales team stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide platform leadership while promoting enhancements based on business requirements. Ability to drive internal adoption of tools and champion self-service functionality will be critical to success in this role. Examples of upcoming projects in salesforce that we would expect this role to lead include integration with SharePoint, Outlook, and a new phone system. This role will also support front end development for our custom software portals.
- Serve as owner of salesforce® CRM and WordPress CMS platforms.

Work with business teams to review requirements and provide salesforce and WordPress solution expertise.

Support existing CRM and CMS functionality through bug and enhancement tickets.

Provide training on salesforce modules to business and sales stakeholders.

Develop new components, templates, and pages within WordPress multi-site environment.

Seek out knowledge and training opportunities in order to meet growing business demand.

Educate business stakeholders and technical teams on platform best practices and processes.

Develop HTML code based on high level wireframes and screen mock ups for implementation on custom web pages.

Work within HTML and CSS code to update front end website design.

Work with offshore teams to review in-flight assignments and review deliverables using outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Work with and lead cross functional teams with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
-
At least 3 years experience leading efforts in salesforce® and WordPress Ecosystems from architecture through development and implementation.

At least 2 years of HTML and CSS development.
-
Experience working with Bootstrap or similar web framework.
- Experience working with user analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Pardot.
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.

Experience integrating salesforce with outside software solutions such as phone systems, email applications, and back end inventory management solutions.

Experience building custom web frameworks from scratch.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in a scrum team setting.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
