J.P. Morgan Markets (JPMM) is the Corporate and Investment Bank's (CIB) strategic web-based platform, where capital markets clients and internal desks access our award-winning research, powerful analytics, multi-product trade execution, and extensive clearing and custody services. The platform delivers applications across the full trade lifecycle connecting the CIB businesses to clients.
The candidate must be a talented and hands-on technologist. The position will entail developing new applications and supporting existing applications for the global, client facing, J.P. Morgan Markets. This role provides the unique and exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the full spectrum of the CIB's financial applications.
The candidate will primarily focus on the JPMM portal. This serves as the base platform and web framework for a multitude of CIB web applications
In This Role You Will
Develop enterprise B2B Internet applications
Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and support web site based applications
Participate in the full software development life cycle
Optimize performance of web applications
Communicate with the full spectrum of global stakeholders and colleagues
Bachelors degree specializing in Computer Science or equivalent technical curriculum, or
Equivalent professional experience developing web sites or applications
2+ years experience developing web applications
Strong knowledge of the Internet
Enjoy working with technology both professionally and personally.
