Our client is searching for a Database Application Developer who is experienced with Oracle Application Express (APEX) interested in building world-class applications and systems.
DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a senior level database application developer to design, develop and install applications.
- Develop Stored Procedures, Functions and SQL Scripts
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Work under minimal supervision, with general guidelines from more seasoned consultants
- Individual needs to be a problem solver with strong analytical skills=
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software engineering
- Experience in developing and implementing applications with Oracle APEX (preferred)
- 2-3 years of Java Development experience
- Highly proficient in PL/SQL programming using Oracle database
- Experience in writing queries, developing stored procedures, creating views, developing functions, and creating other database objects utilizing Oracle PL/SQL
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
