DevOps Engineer at Quest Groups LLC (Austin, TX)

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent education and/ or experience

Minimum of 5+ years experience in software industry

Minimum of 3 years experience managing and working with systems deployed on AWS infrastructure.

Experience with Java, Maven, JUnit, Jenkins, Git, AWS, RDS, S3, AWS SDK, MySQL, Linux/Unix scripts and Eclipse

Experience with agile development, continuous integration and continuous delivery

Experience with Linux and Windows

Intrinsic understanding of software development life cycles

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Research and recommend best security practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valued Skills:

Experience and understanding of Service Oriented Architectures

Experience with transactional and real-time systems

Experience with web frameworks and web services

MySQL database administration

Knowledge of programming techniques for handling large data sets

Experience with Force.com integrations
