Work youll do
As a Manager within our Cyber Risk team, you will:
- Lead Federal clients in navigating the complexities of financial decisions, systems, processes and transactions
- Work with Federal clients to mitigate cyber risk and threats
- Leverage A-123 reviews for compliance efforts such as FISMA, the annual financial statement audit, and Certification & Accreditation
- Document and test computer-based controls in manual and automated processes, and review systems that support key financial operations
- Develop and institute effective and efficient corrective actions to mitigate internal control deficiencies
- Identify and document system architecture and retain documentation in a centralized repository
- Support project-level activity to ensure overall IT program goals are met while managing cross-project dependencies and mitigating issues and risks
- Support system rationalization efforts to support an organizations targeted IT environment
- Support the development of enterprise-wide IT Controls strategic approaches, and continuous monitoring of corrective actions
- Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
- Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team
- Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
- Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and develop alternative solutions
- Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field
- CISA certification
- Experience with, and knowledge of, FISCAM, DIACAP, RMF, and NIST regulations
- Ability to maintain the required Top Secret (TS) security clearance for this role
- 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years in a technical or functional lead role
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Preferred:
- Knowledge of, and experience with, Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including A-123, General and Application Level IT Controls, CUECs, Bluebook, FFMIA, BPAC
- Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts
- Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal government
- Knowledge of, and experience with, Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including A-123, General and Application Level IT Controls, CUECs, Bluebook, FFMIA, BPAC
