Title: Systems Administrator/Development Support
Location: Austin, TX
W2 Contract to Hire
Pay Rate Determined By Experience
The Systems Administrator will be required to perform the following tasks:
  • Provision/deprovision users in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in production and staging.
  • Deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Deploy SQL Integration Services packages.
  • Refresh and munge production databases for staging, test and development environments.
  • Assist Development team troubleshoot issues with network, Active Directory, deployment, Windows and PowerShell.
  • Work with development and engineering team to automate, build and test CRM solutions.
  • Configure, implement, monitor and maintain production and staging environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide analysis and recommendations for resolution and prevention.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement, including system tuning and configuration changes.
  • Provide Tier 4 COOP association support

Skills
To successfully perform the mentioned tasks for Farm Credit Bank of Texas the CRM Systems Administrator will require the following skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and Excel
  • Experience implementing and supporting Windows clients with in a production environment.
  • Strong comprehension of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (networking, virtualization, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Firewall)
  • The ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
  • Be able to work in a SOX/SOCII environment.
  • 3+ years writing PowerShell scripts.
  • 5+ years Windows Server Administration.
  • 5+ years supporting a production Client/Server Windows environment (eg. Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SQL Server, etc).
  • 5+ years experience working in a Virtualized environment (eg. VMware, HyperV).

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration experience is not required to be successful in this position
