Oracle is the worlds leading cloud ERP provider. As part of the Oracle Strategic Accounts Solution Engineering team, youll be strategically working with the largest Industrial and Consumer Products companies in the world. You will partner with the sales team and other Solution Engineers to help customers evaluate how Oracle cloud solutions can bring value to their businesses. You will become a trusted advisor, assisting these customers to maximize the benefit of their IT investments.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Oracles largest customers to understand their current business challenges and determine how Oracle Cloud solutions can support their business objectives.
- Creation of sales cycle strategies in order to win business.
- Support sales representatives with prospect/customer qualification, discovery, solution design, RFP response, solution preparation/demonstration and overall sales cycle management.
- Lead teams of Solution Engineers during the sales cycle. Coordinate staffing, deal onboarding, preparation, unified messaging/win themes, dry runs, and successful presentations.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and product demonstrations as appropriate.
- Lead development of Cloud Roadmaps.
- Conduct Health Check engagements as appropriate.
- Transition sales activities to post-sales teams. Provide after-the-sale support as required to ensure customer success and referencability.
- Work with Systems Integrators and other external parties to educate/advocate Oracle Cloud applications.
- Conduct other business development activities as appropriate.

Job Requirements:
- 10+ years experience with business applications preferred including ERP, Corporate Performance Mgmt (EPM) and/or Supply Chain. Knowledge of Oracle on-premise and cloud applications are a plus.
- 5+ years experience in pre-sales and/or solution architecture.
- Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Industry experience.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Understanding the business application software market and knowledge of Oracle competitors.
- Travel as needed, up to 50%.
- BS business/IT degree or equivalent, advanced degree desirable.
