Responsibilities
As the Cloud Partner Development Manager with Check Point, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth for Check Points latest cloud security technologies with go-to-market partners. You will serve as a subject matter expert, the go to resource for building out and developing the next generation Check Point Cloud partners.
You Will Be Expected To
  • Present to current and prospective partners as a sales expert in AWS, VMWare NSX, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Present a compelling business case at all levels in the partner hierarchy, from owners to architects to CXOs. Often, you will be expected to discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and prove ours is the best option.
  • Develop channel plans to grow pipeline for Check Points Cloud Security technologies.
  • Foster growth & track the sales pipeline by engaging with key partner sales reps and executives.
  • Understand and navigate partner decision preferences, ensure these partners have embraced the online marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Distis), support these partners to long term commitments, identify, escalate and resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to the management team highlighting attainment progress and challenges of the top key partners.
  • Increase awareness of Check Points solutions in the market place through regional cadence with partner teams (VMWare, AWS, Azure and Google), local and national resellers, distributors, existing and net new accounts and technology consultants.
  • Develop relationships with new Born-in-the-Cloud partners who are critical to CloudGuard growth as well support relationship expansion with top existing partners for Public Cloud
  • Ensure an active presence at relevant partner events focused on Cloud.

Desired Background
  • 7+ years of cyber security or cloud technologies sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience with building channels and partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of VMWare, AWS, Azure, Open Stack, and Oracle and other cloud and security technologies from a technology and a business driver standpoint. A proven track record in consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated and 'Whatever it takes' attitude to assist in closing a deal and deliver above quota results.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Up to 50% travel will be required.
