You'll bring your experience and skills to our exciting project within a competent, cross-functional, "multiculti", passionate and self-organized team.
Joining us as a Sr DevOps Engineer - Python, GitLab, AWS (m/f/x), you'll be a key player in developing one of the largest continous integration system, capable of handling hundreds of projects and hundreds of developers. In an Agile context, your responsibilities will include:
- Continuous Integration per se: providing support and improve CI infrastrucutre, development and deployment automation for infrastructure (Infrastrucutre as Code)
- Data management: performance monitoring, usage breakdown, etc.
- Communication aspects: reporting results, bridging gaps between R&D and stakeholders.
You have a BSc in Computer Science, (or equivalent), are a good and open comunicator and like to collaborate across different teams. You feel comfortable using a wide variety of (mainly open source) technologies and tools and enjoy to get things done. Besides, these are the skills you should bring to excel in this role:
- Strong knowledge in Python and Java (programming and testing)
- Experience with world-class cloud computing and cloud storage infrastructures, (AWS, Rackspace, Azure) and CI Systems. Also with container systems (Docker and Kubernets)
- Operatrional experiences with software build systems (cmake, gradle, maven, ninja)
- Experience with Highload systems at scale
- Strong focused on business outcomes
- Strong grasp of automation tools
