We are looking for a devoted teamlead to our Lime Field development team in Stockholm.
Lime Field is Sweden’s leading field service management system, a great piece of software for field engineers or anybody else doing work away from the office. The system handles workflows from order to completion and our mission is to streamline the experience for our users so they can concentrate on what they do best – creating happy customers.
We want a teamlead with both coding and leadership qualities to our small, agile and versatile team. Our responsibilities include building and delivering features and APIs in close cooperation with product management, the rest of our organization and of course our users. We work with continuous delivery and try our best to deliver as much value as possible, as often as possible. We believe in software craftsmanship, simple and pragmatic solutions to hard problems, a good mix of freedom and responsibility and most importantly – having a great time at work.
This position is at our fancy Stockholm office located at Kungsbroplan 1, walking distance from the central station.
What you will do
In this position, you get a chance to:
- Work with and motivate a team of developers with a strong commit towards the product and its users
- Work with a product with vast potential, that can be a new cornerstone within the Lime company
- Work with operational considerations like scalability and operationability
- Work with technologies like .NET, Node.js, Javascript, SQL Server
- Take a pride in delivering features with great value to our customers.
- Constantly improve the way we do things by regularly experimenting with tech, process, tooling, delivery pipeline and more.
Skills and requirements
To be able to do the job well, we believe you:
- Have a serious get-things-done attitude and a healthy pragmatic view of things.
- Have experience from a teamleader or development lead role
- Have 5+ years in a professional development role using relevant tech (.NET, C+, SQL Server, Js etc) .
- Experience from continuous integration and relevant tooling
- Interest in and some background from maintainability and operations of applications
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
- It is a great benefit if you have experience of transfer of applications to AWS or Azure
