What we look for in you:


You love technology and follow the latest trends. You enjoy talking to people and are genuinely interested in what they’re doing. You are loyal and give your best to the team you’re playing for.


What you will be working on:


Create and update technical standards and roadmaps, public-facing technical documentation and technical blog posts, covering various technologies, tools, frameworks and methodologies used at AirMiles.


Maintain technical documentation and user guides to ensure clarity and understanding for both technical and non-technical users.


You are familiar with different tools used in the technical documentation space and are constantly looking to improve the documentation process for simplicity, consistency and speed.


You are self-driven, need minimal supervision and comfortable working in an agile environment delivering at a regular cadence.


You have excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with technologists, UX designers and end users.



Who we’re looking for:




  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills

  • 3 years of experience writing or editing technical content

  • Publish and create web-ready and digital versions of all created content

  • Ability to quickly learn technology and explain it clearly and concisely

  • Solid understanding of technical terminology and IT

  • Effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Team orientated and able to work independently
