Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft tech (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, Azure hosting, etc.)
- A BS and/or MS in Comp Sci is a strong indication of a deep understanding of technology
- Thorough understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns, and design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with business units as well as technologists- Commitment to coding best practices and a willingness to teach and enforce these practices
- Demonstrated experience in test-driven development environments with an emphasis on unit testing and promoting bullet-proof code
