As the Scrum Master at Force, you’ll manage projects from initiation to release, working across teams to maintain scope and prioritize. The ideal candidate has experience keeping everyone efficient and on in sync. You understand that cross-team coordination is key to keep the team focused on product development in keeping with agile philosophy.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze our current processes, prioritize areas of improvement & work with stakeholders to implement change
- Work between the product owner and engineering team to ensure consistent, successful sprints
- Drive our ‘agile ceremonies’ -- sprint kickoffs, stand-ups, estimations, reviews
- Implement sprint retrospectives
- Optimize team performance through effective project planning and estimations
- Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communication to provide realistic and accurate project status updates
- Help the wider team adopt and own agile best practices and values throughout the product life cycle through coaching
- Project manage key integrations with clients as required

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Leadership, coaching and motivation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
