We are looking for a Sr. Engineer to join our team to work on a web and mobile application in New York. The team develops and maintains all consumer-facing applications: web sites, mobile applications, data services (video, sports, etc), and more.
Our selected candidate will join a team building new products, and optimize performance of the existing ad tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to develop and execute our Ad Product roadmap.
 - Own and innovate our Ad Tech stack - test and implement new / engaging ad products and measure / track performance when delivering ads.
 - Support our Direct and Programmatic sales teams, Ad Ops and Rev Ops teams to optimize delivering campaigns to clients.
 - Accountable for day-to-day project support and assist team members to unblock or resolve any issues that may arise and review pull requests
 - Participate in defining business requirements as needed, including providing technical requirements and specifications
 - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and experience for our applications.
 - Be a team player. Share code-ownership as much as possible. Assist in fixing other team’s code and / or step in to help teammates.
 
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience working with ad technologies, including knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Programmatic technologies (header bidding, prebid.js, supply / demand side platforms, etc.)
 - Experience using Google’s DFP and IMA SDK
 - Experience integrating & debugging ad SDK’s in mobile apps
 
 - 5+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years writing Javascript
 - Familiarity or experience with native mobile code (Obj-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin)
 - Experience with ES6, Webpack (or similar), Babel (or similar)
 - Experience with version control tools, such as Git
 - Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, Circle, Nevercode
 
Nice To Have
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with React / React native
 - Experience with mobile app technologies, frameworks, and industry trends (hybrid & native)
