TEST ANALYST (AUTOMATION)
We are currently looking for several Test Analysts (Automation) in our Technology Department.
With that in mind, we have developed a technical onboarding with the scope of introducing new-hires to the world of Quality Assurance at YNAP.
The main responsibilities are:
- Build automated test suites for existing software and new one
- Build and manage test and performance environment used to run automated test suite
- Collaborate with business analyst in order to identify user stories acceptance criteria
- Creation of U.A.T. according to user stories acceptance criteria
- Analysis of bug management data for defining KPIs and monitoring test results to ensure they comply with SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- 360° Root cause analysis in order to find bug causes and proposing/finding solutions
- Monitoring the lifecycle of bugs with Defect Tracking tools
- Constant monitoring of anomalies
- Working in close contact with the development team for the entire phase of bug fixing process

JOIN OUR TEAM! WHAT THE PROGRAMME OFFERS:
Join our technical on-boarding for the Quality Assurance role and you will be able to develop a testing mindset and gain solid instruction and coaching of automation tools, Continuous Integration-Continuous Delivery, and database architecture (Oracle, SQL). The on-boarding will last 4 months, facilitating your on-boarding period into our world of technology, and will provide the opportunity to work with our agile teams in a fun, inspiring and innovative environment. Upon successfully completing the training, you will become a Quality Assurance member in one of our agile teams.

ONBOARDING HIGHLIGHTS & SUBDIVISION
2 MONTHS
GENERAL COMPETENCES TRAINING
In this first phase of the onboarding you will be guided by our E2E Test team, and the content will focus mainly on the following competences & tools:- Test pyramid, Test types, Test levels, Testing in YNAP
- WoW in YNAP and the testing role, Overviews of SUT in YNAP,
- Automation support for Testing
- Mocking and stubbing capabilities
- Test Reporting and KPI
- Gherkins, Selenium, Cucumber, Nightwatch
- Cucumber with Java and Scala and creation of Jenkins Pipeline for execution of test scenarios
- HP Octane for test management and reporting
- HP UFT and Selenium for UI automation Jira for Defect Management and reporting

Do you fit any of these?:
- 2 years of experience in the development field (Java/C#/or any OOP language) with passion for the testing world
- 3-4 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field with willingness to improve their technical skills & background
- 5 + years of solid experience in the development field (Java/C#/or any OOP language) with passion for the testing world
Do you have these characteristics?:- Passionate about testing, automation, problem solving and code writing
- Interested in new technologies and challenges and possesses a desire to learn
- Good knowledge in at least one or more technologies: Oracle, Soa Services, Web Api, Html, Css, Ajax, Json, Xml And Javascript (-).
Experience in Testing Automation is considered a plus
