As a Help Desk Support Specialist at CoverMyMeds, you provide first-line technical support for all of our great team members in our multiple locations and remotely.  You create solutions to keep our teams working as effectively as possible, and solve the tough problems when they arise.  You work with everyone from the technical side to the operations side with endless opportunities to take on responsibility and continue learning.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, manage and implement technical projects that improve the work of our team

  • Support our coworkers by responding to prioritized requests in our ticketing system

  • Keep our employees up and running:

    • Provision access rights

    • Build, deploy and support Apple and Windows workstations

    • Configure and administer mailboxes, calendars and distribution groups

    • Troubleshoot networking issues

  • Document every important thing you do for our systems

About You:

  • Your experience:

    • 3+ years in a technical support role, responsible for multiple locations

    • 2+ years of desktop engineering experience in either a Windows or OS X environment

    • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a prioritized backlog of projects

    • Proficient understanding of Group Policy

  • Your communication and working preferences:

    • Passionate about customer service and helping others

    • Great at communicating complex technical details to non-technical audiences

    • Proven experience learning new technologies

    • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
