Linux Technical Support Analyst at Lambda (San Francisco, CA)

Lambda is looking to hire a Linux Technical Support Analyst. You'll work with a team of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence experts to provide our customers with Linux, hardware, and software technical support.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Linux Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
• 
  
• Hardware Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
• 
  
• Handling incoming and outgoing component replacements (RMAs).
•

Requirements:

• 
  
• Linux system administration experience (user creation, /etc/fstab, /etc/network/interfaces, error log generation, etc).
• 
  
• Comfortable working in a remote terminal and command line interface.
• 
  
• Good handle of BASH, Shell, Python, or Perl a plus.
• 
  
• Solid understanding of Linux networking utilities (ip, ifconfig).
• 
  
• Linux MD Raid experience a plus.
• 
  
• Bachelors degree in an engineering or scientific field preferred but optional.
• 
  
• Experience building computers preferred. 
•
