Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Analytic Solutions & Architecture reports to the Director of Enterprise Data Management & Analytics and will manage two functional areas within the Office of Health Informatics & Analytics (OHIA) to deliver information and integrated analytics platforms and solutions to the enterprise's key stakeholders. The Manager partners with client stakeholders, ISS and Health System Leadership, ISS systems administrators, and other OHIA teams to design and develop scalable enterprise software supporting all clinical, financial, research, and academic departments in a heterogeneous environment. The Architecture team is responsible for enterprise architecture, design, and implementation of on premise and cloud-based infrastructure, platforms and applications. The team evaluates new technology and applications to determine technology direction for enterprise analytics and applications. The team prepares and delivers technical diagrams and documentation, including formal packages presented for Design Review, Security Risk Assessment, and OCS Compliance Approval programs. This team also have the key members that serve as core cloud team for OHIA and are responsible for performing cloud Architecture, Design, DevOps, Automation, Deployment and support of the cloud platform for the organization. The analytical solutions development team develops and deploys leading edge integrated analytical applications, platforms, and solutions to the enterprise. This team works on vast variety of innovative projects both for research and for clinical domains by developing on technologies such as Cloud services, IOT, Mobile app development platforms, and API Management. The team is responsible for all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle including solution architecture, web/mobile user interface development, middleware/Web Service development, SQL Server database development, Epic Chronicles/Cache development, Epic Hyperspace application integration, testing, and systems analysis for the enterprise. The team is responsible for the enterprise design and deployment of HL7 FHIR web service Interfaces, including patient-facing Meaningful Use 3 FHIR web services and custom FHIR resources used as an interface for integration between CareConnect and 3rd party web and mobile applications. The team is responsible for real-time data interfaces and integration with CareConnect, and associated Real-Time Analytics applications, including http://bit.ly/2B1JZp3. The team also provides solutions on text analytics, NLP, big data processing, search, and portal solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor or MS in Computer Science or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5+ years of experience managing enterprise software development teams.
10+ years of technical solutions experience.
7+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net and structured software development in a senior technical role preferred
7+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred
7+ years of experience with Web development and Solutions preferred
2+ years of experience with MS SharePoint Platform preferred
2+ years experience supporting healthcare stakeholders and solutions for hospital operations, clinical, revenue cycle, or other relevant areas preferred.
Hands on experience and up-to-date knowledge with a variety of technologies such as: InterSystems Cache OLTP systems, Data warehouse and DataMart. Modern UX development Windows and Web with HTLM5, CSS 3.0, JQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, SASS, Less, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, Telerik KendoUI. Middleware technologies, Enterprise Service Bus, WCF, Web APIs, Restful and SOAP Web Services, MSMQ Epic Software including Interconnect WebServices, Chronicles programming, Cogito Clarity, Cogito Caboodle Data
