Due to the demand for this insight within the business we are adding a new Cognos Developer to the team!
Forming part of a small team implementing BI reporting solutions and framework / cube modelling to business requirement specifications, your expertise will help assist the business in identifying key data, transforming, reporting and providing dashboards that highlight performance against KPIs, trends and opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing simple and complex reports including list, crosstabs and charts with drill-thru capabilities utilising Cognos Analytics 11 / Reports Studio & Cognos Framework Manager, in addition to building dashboards using traditional and active reporting techniques.
To be successful in this role you should be proficient with the Cognos 11 toolset, having a solid understanding of relational and dimensional reporting models, in addition to excellent SQL skills (both interpreting and writing) Management Studio – Tables, Queries, Views, Indexes.
