Your Role:
Tenable is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Dashboard and Reports Technology Services (DARTS) Engineering team to develop and deliver a new product. This is an opportunity for high impact and to be one of the early engineers responsible in delivering a high visibility product. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in frontend and backend technologies, experienced in designing quality products with a great customer experience, and passionate about delivering results.
Your Opportunity:
- Design, develop and test versatile frontend and backend features for a cloud-based asset and vulnerability visibility management product
- Work within a high performance scrum team and ensure a high quality of deliverables
- Enthusiastic about taking responsibility for multiple features
- Collaborate with other engineers within an Agile/DevOps development environment
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong expertise in Java/Groovy and knowledge of scripting languages.
- Expertise in frontend frameworks and working experience in React, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.
- Experience with containers, microservices a big plus
- Ability to use a well-structured, systematic approach to break down and execute on initiatives and achieve results
- Excellent at articulating, documenting and presenting ideas and work across the Engineering organization
- Ability to influence with or without authority
- B.S or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
