Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented Back-End Software Engineer to help us build and optimize our novel high performance virtualization platform. Doing the mundane is NOT allowed! Only the cream-of-the-crop need apply here!
Job Functions:
- Our virtualized fabric is the glue in our platform. You will work across R&D, QA, and Support to develop and optimize the fabric to improve performance and feature coverage
- You need to be comfortable as a subject matter expert: to take initiative and ownership of a problem area.
Required Skills:
- Strong software design and development skills including C and C++
- Thorough knowledge of the TCP/IP suite of protocols
- Thorough knowledg of the Linux Kernel network stack
- Network troubleshooting skill
Education and Experience:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
