The Challenge
As part of our technology team, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, deployment and support of our cloud infrastructure on AWS.
You will report to the CTO and work closely with our software engineers and heads of product to design secure, scalable, efficient and performant cloud architecture that is the backbone of our 24/7 car sharing operation in Singapore.
We seek applications from individuals with the following skills & experience:
About you: The Challenger
- Mandatory 2+ years experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various components on a daily basis.
- Experience with managing multiple Elastic Beanstalk Environments
- Experience in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring RDS, Lambda, IoT, SQS, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, IAM, ElastiCache, DynamoDB
- Strong Linux systems administration and scripting skills.
- Experience implementing and maintaining secure and robust environments.
- Strong experience with optimising MySQL.
- Experience in maintaining, monitoring, and scaling high volume, web based platforms.
- Experience with multi region deployments.
- Knowledge of container technologies like Docker.
- Experience with Continuous Integration solutions.
- Good problem solving and organisational skills.
- Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore. This is not a remote position.
