As a Strategic Technical Account Manager, you will...
- Be the technical owner of Auth0’s most strategic and complex account.
- Sit at the centre of account team, working with internal teams ranging from CSM, Solution Architecture, Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales acting as both customer champion and the driving force for customer success.
- Maintain relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders from the customer. As their primary Auth0 contact you will act as strategist, first line of technical guidance and escalation point.
- Be across the customer’s portfolio of Auth0 solutions, past, present and future. You will working with customer and Auth0 teams to define & meet operational SLAs and plan for future delivery success.
- Be an Auth0 product expert able to anticipate and quickly answer customer questions and needs. If you can’t answer a questions you’ll draw on the broader account team to ensure rapid resolution.
- Be responsible for the overall customer health and expansion of the account.
- Work directly with the Auth0 exec team members to establish account strategy and conduct monthly business reviews.
Requirements - Identity & Access Management:
- Hands-on experience with implementing solutions that integrate identity and access management.
- Hands-on experience with authentication protocols e.g. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML.
- An understanding of core security concerns within a typical application e.g. password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, CSRF.
Requirements - Solution Architecture:
- Experience in architecting and implementing cloud and hybrid solutions with AWS, Azure, Heroku or other cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with at least one web development language/technology e.g. NodeJS, .NET, Java, etc.
- Proven solution architecture experience in cloud, hybrid and mobile solution scenarios.
- Experience in designing and developing APIs and RESTFul services.
- Experience with web security best practices and standards.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases e.g. MongoDB, etc.
- Familiar with application integration design patterns.
- Familiar with DevOps processes e.g. continuous integration, etc.
Requirements - Account Management:
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate and influence decision makers across the enterprise, from developers to senior executives.
- Experience in serving as a coach, mentor, subject matter expert, and escalation point for customers, internal teams and colleagues.
- Extremely well organised with program and project management experience ideally.
- Self-motivated and an ability to execute independently.
- Experience in working in across teams and in virtual teams.
