- Develop deep understanding of target customers and solutions for Utilities, Schools and Municipalities
- Performs software validation and beta test of Cayenta’s products which might include Cayenta’s products and third party vendor integrations
- Leads beta projects, small to medium sized, independently with minimal supervision.
- Leads multiple small to medium projects concurrently
- Able to investigate technical and workflow issues in depth and follow up with others, including third party vendors to identify resolutions
- Acts as the R&D liaison for both internal and external customers.
