About the Role
We are looking for a senior software engineer to own our post-trade processing technology and contribute to our core trading platform. You will be responsible for partnering with our business strategists, product heads, and operation leads to add to and refine our post-trade capabilities, with special emphasis on the accuracy of our post-trade calculations, workflows, and reporting. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, self-driven, and equally excited by new technologies as well as creating scalable and reliable services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, building, and support of the services required for all post-trade processing
- Collaborate with our business, operations, and front office client support team to improve the usability and workflow of post-trade amendments
- Contribute to the core trading platform by adding features and improving performance and reliability
Skill & Qualifications
- Experience with corporate bonds and post-trade workflows
- Strong technical skills, specifically with respect to functional programming, asynchronous message driven systems, and concurrency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work incredibly well as part of a highly remote team
