As a member of our Infrastructure Development team, youll immediately put your love of technology into action. Each day, you and your team will be responsible for making sure our platforms, servers and networks are online and secure. Youll work together, evaluating, selecting, implementing, integrating, maintaining, upgrading, documenting and designing our infrastructure. Youll find new and creative solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Communication is key, both in problem solving with your supervisors and collaborating with your co-workers, as well as other teams in the network.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:


Ability to articulate and share clear, concise complex technical findings to management in understandable terms


Maintains proficiency in these key areas:


oHardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations)


oHardware Benchmarking (Agile, program managements, network management)


oDesign (compliance, security)


Network Engineering (planning, provision)


Proficiency in more than one specific infrastructure technology


Ability to execute with understanding of best practices and JPMC policies top of mind


Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals



  • Experience working within a large/global enterprise environment, developing, documenting and deploying N-tier distributed applications.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a technical / IT field.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Virtual application integration

  • Strong architect experience with automation of VMWare, Citrix desktop virtualization technologies 

  • Programming experience with PowerShell and  C#, WCF web service development and REST, Web services desired.

  • General knowledge of application design principles, practices design patterns, DevOps and software life cycles.

  • Experience in source code version including SVN, Bitbucket, Stash or GitHub.

  • Experience in testing automation, continuous integration with tools such as Jenkins and Jira.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
