As a Senior Software Developer you have the opportunity to be a part of a highly skilled team driven by knowledge sharing. You will be a core member to strengthen the whole team in the area of critical services-, frameworks- and tools development for highly distributed systems. 

The Platform Development & Core Services is placed in our IT Development department in Malmö. The team is a central part of the organization and well known to push limits. Your main goal will be to reinforce the Platform Development & Core Services line with knowledge in the area of de-coupled & distributed backend development. You and the team will mainly participate in system design, architecture work of the backend and implementation.

Your day to day work will consist of analysis and design work for non-functional requirements, software architecture, development of libraries, frameworks and tools and services. You will be coordinating requirements across the organization and different teams.

The position is based in Malmö, our bright and open office space is just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, easy accessible and at a great location.

What you bring 
We would like you to have a couple of years’ experience in the field of backend development based on Java Technology.

It’s also expected that you have some experience with broker based messaging products like RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ or similar. 

We need you to have knowledge of performance optimization using application level caching strategies, as well as of database development RDBMS and/or NoSQL.

On top of that you have skills in continuous integrations and tools like Maven, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, JBoss/Wildfly or equivalent.
