Lead Software Engineer Palo Alto, CA
The Role
- This position requires focusing on full stack development with an emphasis more so in front end development (UI, UX, API, Database)
- Integration with other 3rd party applications/API (Google, FB, etc)
- You will be responsible for design/architecting/coding/reviewing/testing/supporting all major applications
- Leading one or more scrum teams in agile methodology
- Responsible for driving multiple application development including, Adara's proprietary Ad Platform, (DSP), Magellan (Adara's B2B Ad platform), Impact (Adara's Analytics Platform)
- Working with excellent collaboration with other leaders of Data Science, Analytics, Product, Infrastructure and Support teams

- Excellent Architecture & Coding Skills -- utilizing your sharp coding skills and system designing skills to architect simple solutions to complex engineering problems
Skills and Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in a web product based company
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a full stack engineering team of 5+ people for 2-4 years.
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript and MySQL required
- Expertise in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS required
- Expertise in Agile methodology is required
- Familiarity with Google Compute Cloud, AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with react, grunt, gulp, node is a plus
- Conscientious attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree is required
