During the lead-up to the launch of the new BMW 3 Series, you will be given challenging tasks in vehicle assembly within a project team at the Munich plant, and thus experience the „Start of Production (SOP)“ live. You will then use your acquired knowledge in a foreign assignment at our new plant in Mexico, contributing to the local launch there.
