QA Director
We seek a seasoned QA Director to join our award-winning team! The product development organization is going to grow substantially over the coming months; we need a QA engineering leader to help take on some very exciting initiatives.
Successful candidates can demonstrate through experience how they have managed teams of QA engineers to ensure optimal product quality through efficient test processes, ideally working on client- / server-based, network-enabled products. We want candidates who are passionate about all aspects of product quality, from great user experience to stability and reliability. The strongest candidates will have rich experiences with both manual and automated testing and can work at the tactical levels with the team in addition to the strategic levels with the management team.
Required qualifications/experience
5-10+ years related experience in Software Quality Assurance
Knowledge in software testing concepts, tools, and methodologies
Outstanding debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Deep, functional knowledge of automated testing tools and practices, especially Python, Selenium, and Jenkins
Able to be self-directed and motivated individually
Detailed and organized approach to work product
Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired qualifications/experience
Expertise in networking technologies and standards a huge plus
Experience with cloud-based web stack technologies a plus
