Job Description:


PeopleDoc is looking for experienced and talented web developers who love working with Python, Django, JavaScript, ember.js. You will join a passionate and entrepreneurial team, and work in a very challenging environment in one of the fastest growing SaaS startup in the HR space.


Successful candidate will be able to:



  • Design and ship new features in collaboration with the Product & UX Team

  • Use your deep understanding of web technologies and APIs to advise on the system's architecture and improve our processes to get new code on production

  • Analyze, rethink and refactor the code to scale the application

  • Write unit, functional and performances tests

  • Push your code in production, optimize our deployment process

  • Contribute to our OpenSource Projects


Skills & Requirements


What you bring to the table:



  • At least 2 years of Python / Web Programming experience,

  • Extensive SQL skills,

  • A solid understanding of Linux development, you are expected to deploy your own application and features((we use Ansible to manage configuration, and you are expected to deploy your own application and features)

  • Bonus if you’ve already worked with NoSQL DBs like ElasticSearch / Redis / other,

  • GIT master,

  • DevOps culture 

  • R&D is based in Paris, French is a big plus
