Milyli needs a Tier-2 Technical Support and SQL Specialist to add to the growing Customer Success Team!

Tell me about the job.


You will serve a dual-role.  First, you will provide traditional tier-2 technical support to Milyli’s product customers.  Additionally, you will provide specialized support, full technical solutions, and customer success management to customers with Broadcast, Milyli’s SQL visualization tool for Relativity.  


What kind of people are you looking for? Someone with…



  • 2+ years of technical support of customer success experience

  • High proficiency with Microsoft SQL script-writing

  • Working knowledge of regular expression syntax

  • A passion for making customers successful

  • Outgoing, patient and friendly personality

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and .NET tools in particular

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Passion, desire and ability for teaching technology to a technical and non-technical audience

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail


What will my days be like?


In your Tier-2 Technical Support Specialist role, you will field technical support requests directly from Milyli customers, and work collaboratively with product, customer success, and sales teams to deliver timely solutions.  


In their SQL Specialist role, you will develop technical solutions for customers that use Broadcast, Milyli’s SQL visualization tool for Relativity. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships with Milyli’s Broadcast customers with the highest level of technical need.

  • This is a full-time salaried position with performance-based bonuses.

  • There is minimal travel required for this position

  • You must be able to legally work in the U.S.
