Role Summary

This is a placement position with our client Infoxchange. You will be working directly for Infoxchange.

Infoxchange is looking to recruit a full-time mid-level Web Application Developer with specialist skills in Django/JS.

Full-time on-site at Infoxchange HQ in Richmond VIC AU


$90-$100k package.



The Role in Detail — Purpose

The Infoxchange Technical Services department is responsible for the Technical Management, Development and Operations of our online products and supporting infrastructure.


The Development team within the Technical Services department is responsible for the technical design, software development, unit and similar technical testing, and build tools of lnfoxchange's Directory, Referral, Open Data, and Website products, including Asklzzy, OnePlace, HSNet; S2S eReferral; and JobSeeker, as well as future products.


This role is responsible for performing development activities on those products/codebases as well as contributing to ongoing process improvement.


The Role in Detail — Key Objectives


Delivering functionality enhancements, technical maintenance, and resolving defects on lnfoxchange's Directory, Referral, Open Data, and Website products / infrastructure, as well as future products.


Efficient and clear engagement with a broad range of stakeholders to support product enhancement and maintenance and reliable product delivery schedules.


Contributing to innovations at Infoxchange through continuous improvement in both technology and processes, which enable both the social services sector and community members to leverage digital transformation for better social outcomes.



The Role in Detail — Key Duties and Responsibilities


Product Development of lnfoxchange's Directory, Referral, Open Data, and Website products; including:



  • Build / Acquire (Technical Architecture / Design ; Build; Quality Control; Defect Resolution; Cl/CD and Source Control)

  • Deploy (Release I Deployment Management: Configuration Management)


Support Other Roles in Technical Planning and Management including:



  • Asset Management: Technical Architecture; Security Management; Risk Management: Knowledge Management; Training

  • Product/System Operations including: Request Fulfilment: Operations Monitoring; Incident Management: Problem Management; Root Cause/Lessons Learnt: Asset/Technology Retirement; Process & Asset Audits

  • Sales and Account Management including: Customer Implementation Project Procedures; Project Risk Management; Opportunities/Sales; Detailed Customer Project Delivery Plan; Business Change Management; Release Management;

  • Product Management, including: Product Strategy; Service Levels Management; Product Proposals and Options; Detailed; Product Requirements: Product Delivery Schedule; Product Analytics, Measurement and Reporting; Product Retirement
