Agile Team Manager at SLI Systems (Christchurch, New Zealand)

SLI Systems has a growing development team and needs to expand our technical leadership to help our agile development teams be all that they can be.

We are looking for someone that can work with multiple teams, to lead them, and to use the insight and knowledge that you have gained to bring them to new heights.

We need someone who will be an integral part of driving our conversations about using agile processes to enable our teams to achieve higher and higher levels of success.

This is an exciting time to join SLI as we introduce new cloud hosted technology into our stack, reworking our platform for automated scalability and efficiency.

Reporting to the CTO, you will bridge the organizational gap between the executive team and multiple development teams, whilst working to optimize teams and individuals delivering the best quality software possible

What you will do every day:

• Build, maintain and develop a team of talented and experienced software engineers
• Work collaboratively across business units, including Product Management, Customer Success and Finance
• Motivate and develop teams to produce innovative results and high performance
• Adjust processes for the teams to ensure that they are running optimally
