The software engineering and data processing department develops and operates laboratory IT systems to support the processes in assay development, system and reagent testing and standardization.
- You develop database-based software for internal use, including the connection of drivers for connecting diagnostic analyzers
- You are an expert for internal and external users
- You analyze the requirements of the users and support the requirement engineering in close cooperation with the development team and the users
- You develop automated unit tests for software components
Who you are:
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, or alternatively a comparable qualification with technical/scientific education and software engineering experience
- You have very good knowledge of C#/C++
- In addition, you have a very good knowledge of the Visual Studio development environment, Team Foundation Server and Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL-Server complements your know-how
- Knowledge and experience in communication protocols (ASTM, HL7 standards) is an advantage
