Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer (m/f)
Your job
You will play a crucial role in setting up our new revolutionary online platform and actively contribute to the success of this new venture at ZEISS. In this challenging function you will innovate and contribute to a sustainable and scalable web-based platform. Your main task will be to translate business requirements into a high-quality working product in fast iterations with your fellow team members. You will drive adoption of best practices of development, testing and integration. Communicating and collaborating with international stakeholders and peer engineers is also part of your job.

Our requirements
- An university degree (bachelor or above) in software engineering, computer science or a similar specialization
- At least 5 years of ASP.NET web application development experience, including .NET Core
- Proficiency in architecture, design, and implementation of WebAPI and RESTful services
- Experience with TDD, Unit- and Integration-Testing
- Hands-on experience at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Angular or React
- Working knowledge of CSS libraries and tools, including Bootstrap & Sass
- Experience in architecture and implementation of micro services and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, CI/Build systems a plus
- Fun working in agile, interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent English and advanced German
