BETSOL is a fast growing Product Engineering and Managed IT Services company based out of Denver, Colorado. We are recruiting a Project Manager - Scrum Master with a strong skill set to join a high impact team. Candidate must have great communication skills with an outward personality to match.

 The position is in the Greater Denver area.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define project goals, roadmap & dependencies
• 
  
• Prepare project plan & get a consensus of stakeholders
• 
  
• Set objectives for team members & help them achieve them by providing the required support
• 
  
• Forecast and mitigate project risks through project analysis
• 
  
• Manage crisis through effective communication, resolution & retrospection
• 
  
• Collaborate with teams to mitigate dependencies
• 
  
• Proactively communicate anomalies & mitigate them
• 
  
• Encourage collaborative learning in teams through effective knowledge sharing practices
• 
  
• Support leadership team to accelerate transformational initiatives
•
