We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Backend Developer (m/f)
to join our team in April/May 2018 and build scalable, well-tested services that integrate well into our existing service landscape. We value knowledge, simplicity and collaboration.
Your responsibilities:
- You work on microservices for the Lunchio backend application
- Together with your colleagues you make sound architectural decisions and write well-tested code that is appreciated by your peers
- You think of ways to automate the deployment of your code
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in writing backend code in an agile team environment
- a solid grasp of OOP and/or functional concepts and design patterns
- experience in TDD
- knowledge of Node.js + TypeScript or any other language running on AWS Lambda (e.g. Scala, Go, Python, Java)
- good German skills (ideally B2) and willing to work in a German-speaking environment
Nice to have:
- experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, CQRS
- experience with event-driven microservice environments
- experience with Cloud Computing, preferebly AWS
- experience with the Serverless paradigm, preferably AWS Lambda
- experience with CI/CD, Continuous Deployment, Monitoring
